You have 30 days to return any items you have ordered providing they have not been worn and labels intact. Use the returns label provided, pay the small postage fee and upon receipt of the items we will provide a refund. @Ariel want to say were working towards free returns but not there yet.

At missd. we almost always buy straight from the brand itself. This means all the clothes we sell are as authentic as the ones on the brands own website. In the rare case we don’t buy from the brand itself we ask for proof of authenticity and trace the products back to their origin to ensure authenticity is upheld.
